Sea Talk Systems Ltd
Moving into a new 20,000 sq ft factory presented a number of challenges, one being the absence of any IT or Telephone facilities in the new building, and secondly the transfer of the existing data from the old to the new building. Focus Technology were approached for a solution and arranged for the entire network cabling to be installed together with a telephone system.Following a smooth, trouble free installation, the data transfer between buildings was arranged and carried out with no interruption to our business. Focus Technology were invited to maintain and support our IT system with an annual contract through which they have provided us with a fast, friendly service whether it be a response to an IT problem, software upgrade or additions to the network.

After a management buyout in December 2004 Hiflex Europe Ltd inherited several different IT systems on various sites around the UK. Focus Technology Ltd provided us with the consultation to devise a plan to centralize these IT resources onto a common platform that provides a cost effective IT strategy. After agreeing the objectives Focus Technology delivered the hardware and software platforms needed and the installation and deployment of the system was as seamless as possible. Leveraging the power of Thin client technology we are now able to efficiently deploy new systems and provide responsive support on a daily basis. Although we have our own IT staff in house we regularly use the services of Focus Technology Ltd to provide additional support to our own team. Focus Technology Ltd continue to advise us on new technologies and enable us to make informed decisions about our technology.
