About Me

Who am I?

Michael DoneyHi I am Michael, a new trainee support technician at Focus.

I am one of the people who answers customer calls and resolves to fix their problems in any way I can. I enjoy working for Focus, it is a great learning experience for anyone who wishes to have a career in a rapidly evolving computer industry – and get real hands on experience at the same time.

The office has a fun and friendly atmosphere where everyone has a good laugh.

I look forward to completing my traineeship/apprenticeship with Focus, and to become a fully fledged technician.
