Upon our first meeting with Focus Technology we were very impressed with their professionalism and what they could do to help our small business run more smoothly and cost effectively. Once they took over the management of our IT they were very professional and upgraded our server with minimal disruption to the business. When I first met Andy he was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He listened to our requirements and came up with sensible suggestions and solutions to our various concerns and needs. He looked at the bigger picture rather than going for a short term, quick fix to problems.
